Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverages digital self-serve tools and solutions-based selling to meet customer needs.
• Builds relationships with customers and nearby teams to support account setup and device support.
• Participates in training on in-store processes, products, and systems; maintains customer readiness.
