Job summary

You will learn digital tools, participate in onboarding, and work with nearby stores to onboard customers. The role requires a HS diploma and 6 months of sales or customer service experience; travel is no.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and assist with onboarding customers and store operations.
