Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates for Store-in-Store roles. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, demonstrate and sell wireless solutions, and build lasting relationships while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and communicate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify customer needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on in-store processes and products; stay customer-ready by reviewing updates and promoting cross-store onboarding.
• Be customer-obsessed: build rapport, trust, and loyalty; follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
