Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to join store-in-store experiences within a national retail partner network. You will engage customers, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and drive sales while upholding the brand in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll complete training on products, processes, and systems, using digital tools to assist customers and applying consultative selling. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Optional)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educating customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review results and promotions to stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
