Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mobile activations and customer education for devices.
• Troubleshoot device/service issues and assist with account security.
• Assist with transfers, password resets, and device setup.
• Handle on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with returns and exchanges.
• Support operations and ensure proper merchandising.
