T-Mobile is hiring for a Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide shoppers through their journey.

Success is measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and effective use of digital resources, with opportunities for stock grants and annual incentive programs as part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
