Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations and help customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey.

You will develop skills in customer interaction, digital tool usage, and service plan recommendations, measuring success by customer satisfaction and product knowledge proficiency. This role emphasizes teamwork and engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
