Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is actively seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations, assist customers with device and service needs, and demonstrate network benefits in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and hands-on demonstrations.

Successful candidates will complete training, engage customers, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience. Both full- and part-time schedules are available with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
