Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to energize National Sales partner locations, engaging customers, educating on wireless solutions, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will use digital tools, learn new products, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers. This role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and achieving performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to showcase values of T-Mobile solutions.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on wireless products and services, identifying needs and providing solution-based recommendations.
• Complete training on in-store processes, store operations, onboarding, and be prepared to assist customers.
