Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Retail Associate role in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers, explain technology and service options, and help shoppers compare plans and devices.

Training is provided to build knowledge of wireless solutions and retail processes while you contribute to a positive customer experience. In this role you will develop communication skills, learn to use digital tools, and collaborate with store teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
