Job summary

In this role you will help customers with activations, BYOD setups, and accessories, ensuring a clean and efficient store environment and driving opportunities to upsell relevant products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and explain technology concepts to customers.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and educate customers on usage.
• Troubleshoot basic device and service issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist customers with transfers, password resets, and account security.
• Support with in-store operational tasks and maintain cleanliness and organization.
