Job summary

Comcast Xfinity Mobile is seeking a Retail Service Associate in Bellingham, WA to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across mobile activations, education, and everyday store operations.

You will troubleshoot, assist with device setup, transfers, and activations, while keeping the sales floor clean and well merchandised and supporting on-demand deliveries and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service and product knowledge are essential for success.
• Ability to learn Comcast/Xfinity mobile offerings and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Activations & Customer Education: activate devices and guide customers through setup.
• Mobile Escalations: troubleshoot complex device or service issues and assist with account recovery.
• Mobile Support: help transfer contacts, emails, and media; assist with SIM/eSIM activation.
• On-Demand Delivery, BAPIS & XM Upsell: fulfill deliveries and upsell accessories.
• Customer Check-In: demonstrate devices and features to enhance value.
• Operations: support store resets and maintain merchandising standards.
• Express Transactions: process quick device swaps and returns.
