Job summary

Comcast Corporation in Spokane, WA seeks a full-time Xfinity Mobile Retail Service Associate to deliver a best-in-class in-store customer experience across mobile, activation, education, and upsell opportunities. You will help with activations, troubleshooting, and servicing devices while supporting store operations and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Open availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Open availability for full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Mobile activations and customer education to provide a white-glove experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device or service issues and assist with account recovery.
• Assist with transfers, password resets, and device/configuration setups.
• Process equipment returns/exchanges and support warranty claims.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and on-demand deliveries.
• Deliver demonstrations of devices and features to customers.
