Responsibilities

• Activate devices and BYOD with a white-glove approach.
• Educate customers on devices, accessories, and add-ons.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues.
• Assist customers with account security and lost/stolen devices recovery.
• Perform in-store checks, merchandising, and inventory organization.
