Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Customer Satisfaction is a passion and advocate, with ability to balance customer experience and performance goals.
• Team Building - willingness to work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Retail Sales - competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate value of products/services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and knowledge resources; review results and updates to stay Customer Ready.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
