You’ll use digital tools, support onboarding, and help customers understand self-serve options through the T-Mobile app.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Strong customer focus and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Demonstrate and explain T-Mobile products and services.
• Use solution-based selling to meet customer needs.
• Assist with onboarding and educate customers on self-serve tools.
