Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to bring our brand to life in National Sales partner locations. In a fast-paced retail setting, you will engage customers, educate them on solutions, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Educates customers and demonstrates the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilizes digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding.
• Identifies customer needs and applies solution-based selling techniques.
• Completes training on the in-store experience, new products, processes and resources.
• Onboards customers and collaborates with nearby stores to ensure a smooth customer experience.
