Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to energize partner locations with the T-Mobile brand. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and educate on self-serve tools, while driving value and satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes building relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional service. Requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or sales, with strong communication and product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Coaching, communication and consultative selling skills are essential.
• Ability to identify customer needs and guide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating them on options and value.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, demonstrate T-Mobile solutions and upsell where appropriate.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems; review results and stay customer ready at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
