Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize the brand in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and guide them through the onboarding process in a busy retail setting.

Required is a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience. The role offers base pay with training pay, incentives, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrates products, educates customers, and applies solution-based selling.
• Onboard customers, manage Be Back processes, and build rapport to drive sales.
• Support store operations, on- and off-boarding, and maintain store security.
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, and exceed sales targets.
