Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You’ll engage a broad range of customers, educate them on wireless solutions, and use digital tools to demonstrate value and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will complete in-store training, develop product knowledge, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers. High school diploma and 6 months of experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate on and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-service tools to identify customer needs and showcase product value.
• Complete in-store training on products, processes, and systems; open/close kiosk operations and report asset issues.
• Build relationships with customers and nearby leadership to support account setup, device support, and servicing.
