Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to join the Retail Team and represent the T-Mobile brand at National Sales partner locations. You’ll engage customers, educate them on wireless options, and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value.

The role requires a HS diploma, 6 months of customer service or sales experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and demonstrate products and onboarding solutions to deepen relationships.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and system resources; onboard customers with store teams.
• Build rapport, exceed customer expectations, and drive sales activity; follow-up and capture referrals.
• Collaborate with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from setup to device servicing.
