Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize the Retail Team and engage customers in high-traffic partner locations. You’ll educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while building relationships and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, promotions, and systems; stay customer-ready and on-brand at all times.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
