Job summary

Comcast is hiring a Mobile Retail Service Associate in Knoxville to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, operational, and transactional tasks. You will activate devices, educate customers on BYOD options, and assist with device setups, including SIM/eSIM activations.

You will troubleshoot escalations, protect accounts, and help with returns, exchanges, and warranty processes. This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Activate and educate customers on mobile devices and BYOD options to enable seamless setup.
• Assist with activation and configuration of SIM/eSIM and device troubleshooting.
• Handle escalations and assist customers in account security and recoveries.
• Support with transfers of contacts, emails, and media, and process returns or exchanges per policy.
• Support on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories or add-ons to increase revenue.
