You will help with activations, education, troubleshooting, and fulfill on‑demand deliveries while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication, problem solving and technical aptitude for mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with mobile activations, education and troubleshooting.
• Support device setup, BYOD and wearable device pairing.
• Educate customers on accessories and add-ons to drive revenue.
• Troubleshoot device/service issues and escalate when needed.
• Process returns, exchanges and support warranty claims per policy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays; help with on‑floor merchandising.
• Upsell Xfinity Mobile products and ensure a positive customer experience.
