Job summary

You will handle mobile activations, education, troubleshooting, account security, and on-demand deliveries while maintaining a clean, organized store and promoting accessories.

Base pay starts at $18.56 per hour with bonuses and benefits; 0–2 years of relevant experience required; High School Diploma or GED needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and technical aptitude.
• Ability to learn and explain Comcast products and services.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and educate customers on BYOD and accessories.
• Troubleshoot issues and secure accounts when needed.
• Assist with transfers, resets, and warranty-related steps.
• Fulfill on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories and add-ons.
