T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to engage customers, demonstrate devices, and tailor solutions to needs in a fast-paced retail setting. This role emphasizes learning and growth as associates progress toward Mobile Expert.

The position emphasizes delivering an elite customer experience, building loyalty, and collaborating with store teams while developing product knowledge and sales skills in a dynamic wireless environment.

Competenze

High School Diploma/GED (Required).
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
Passionate customer advocate and competitive in fast-paced sales environment.
Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders.
