Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.

You will educate customers, leverage digital tools, and close solutions that meet their needs while supporting store operations. You will receive extensive training, participate in promotions, and strive to exceed sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions to customers.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and remain customer ready at all times.
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes to build loyalty.
