Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to energize National Sales partner locations, engaging customers with demonstrations, educating on solutions, and driving sales in a high-traffic retail environment.

You will learn, onboard customers, leverage digital tools, and collaborate with store teams to ensure exceptional service. Minimum HS diploma and 6 months retail or customer service experience required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to educate customers on products and services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; onboard customers and support store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Collaborate with nearby leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
