Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates in a Store-in-Store setting. You will engage customers in a busy retail environment, demonstrating and selling wireless solutions while using digital tools to aid the customer journey.

You’ll complete training on in-store processes, maintain knowledge of promotions, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers, ensuring a great experience and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication and consultative selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Use digital tools to educate customers and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
