Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, to energize and educate customers in a high-traffic retail environment.

You will identify customer needs, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service. You will use digital tools for onboarding, participate in comprehensive training, and collaborate with nearby store teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from account setup to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Proven ability to educate, demonstrate and recommend solutions to customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting; educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools to assist customers and onboard them to services.
• Attend training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; assist with store operations.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from setup to servicing.
