Qualifications

• 5+ years of licensed driving experience.
• Availability to regularly work evenings and overnights, with weekend/holiday availability.
• Comfort driving throughout Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, MetroWest, Worcester area.
• Proficiency with mobile apps and computer-based scheduling/reporting systems.
• Must pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Personally conduct scheduled vehicle patrol shifts using a company vehicle.
• Supervise patrol officers, review reports and run sheets, and coordinate coverage.
• Oversee four Mobile Patrol routes to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Review incident reports, photographs, and timestamps for accountability.
• Coach and support officers to maintain professionalism and client service.
