Job summary

Signal of New England is seeking a reliable Security Field Supervisor to lead our Mobile Patrol operations across Massachusetts, including Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, MetroWest and Worcester.

The role combines hands-on vehicle patrol duties with supervision of patrol officers, overseeing run sheets and client service while coordinating scheduling and coverage in a flexible, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Driving experience required: minimum 5 years with a valid license.
• Experience leading or supervising field teams in security is preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making in the field are essential.

Responsibilities

• Personally conduct vehicle patrol shifts in a company patrol vehicle.
• Supervise patrol officers, review reports and run sheets, and coordinate scheduling.
• Oversee four Mobile Patrol routes for timely, accurate service.
• Review incident reports, photographs, and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Coach and support officers to maintain professionalism and customer service.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage with Operations for callouts and coverage changes.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when needed.
• Monitor vehicle fleet condition and coordinate maintenance as required.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address field-level concerns promptly.
