Job summary

Signal of New England is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to lead our Mobile Patrol operation across Massachusetts. This field-based role combines hands-on vehicle patrols with supervision of patrol officers, reviewing run sheets, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service.

The position requires driving across Greater Boston and surrounding areas, with flexible evening/night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct personal mobile patrols and supervise officers.
• Review reports, run sheets, and incident documentation.

• Oversee fleet maintenance and vehicle readiness.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service quality.
