Job summary

Signal of New England is seeking a dependable, experienced Security Field Supervisor to lead our Mobile Patrol operation across Massachusetts. This is a field-based role with no daily Natick office reporting.

You will patrol personally, supervise officers, review reports, coordinate scheduling, monitor vehicles, and ensure 24/7 operation runs smoothly. The position offers flexible evenings/overnights and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets requirements.
• Available to work evenings and overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable driving throughout Greater Boston and surrounding MA communities.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled vehicle patrol shifts and random inspections.
• Supervise patrol officers and review reports/run sheets.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage with Operations team.
• Monitor patrol vehicles and coordinate maintenance.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies; liaise with authorities.
• Maintain professional client relations and documentation.
