Job summary

Signal of New England is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to lead our Mobile Patrol operation across Massachusetts. This field-based role combines hands-on vehicle patrol duties with supervising officers, reviewing reports, and coordinating scheduling for four patrol routes.

The position offers flexible evening/overnight hours and requires driving across Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, MetroWest, and Worcester.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record meeting company requirements.
• Available to regularly work evenings and overnights, with weekend/holiday availability.
• Comfortable driving throughout Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, MetroWest, Worcester, and surrounding MA communities.
• Must be comfortable using mobile apps and computer-based systems for scheduling, patrol reporting, incident documentation, and communication.
• Must successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled vehicle patrol shifts using a company patrol vehicle and inspect properties.
• Supervise patrol officers and verify compliance with post orders and standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of four Mobile Patrol routes and ensure timely patrols.
• Review run sheets, activity and incident reports, and client documentation.
• Coach and develop patrol officers and manage scheduling and coverage.
• Coordinate alarms, emergencies, and client requests with law enforcement when appropriate.
• Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate maintenance to keep fleet reliable.
• Work with Operations to align staffing, vehicles, and client expectations.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and address field-level concerns promptly.
• Be willing to provide emergency coverage as needed.
