Signal of New England is seeking a dependable Security Field Supervisor to lead our Mobile Patrol across Massachusetts. The role blends hands-on vehicle patrols with field supervision, reviewing reports, coordinating coverage, and ensuring 24/7 security operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Driving experience: minimum 5 years with a valid license.
• Availability to work evenings and overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel regionally across MA for patrols.
• Comfort with scheduling, reporting, and field communications.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Vehicle Patrols: conduct scheduled shifts in company patrol vehicles.
• Field Supervision: visits to routes to supervise officers and verify post orders.
• Patrol Operations: oversee four Mobile Patrol routes for timely completion.
• Run Sheets & Reporting: review activity and incident reports and photos.
• Officer Management: coach, train, and hold officers accountable.
• Scheduling & Coverage: manage shifts and call-outs with Operations.
• Alarm & Emergency Response: respond to alarms and coordinate with authorities.
• Vehicle & Fleet Oversight: monitor vehicle condition and maintenance.
• Operational Coordination: align routes, staffing, and client expectations.
• Client Service: maintain professional client relationships.
• Emergency Coverage: step in to cover when needed.
