Job summary

Signal of New England is seeking a dependable Security Field Supervisor for Moble Patrol across Massachusetts. The role combines hands-on vehicle patrol with field supervision, reviewing reports, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring smooth operation of four routes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years driving experience, is able to work evenings/overnights, and can travel across Greater Boston and surrounding areas. A company vehicle is provided for patrol duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Available to regularly work evenings and overnights, with weekends/holidays as needed.
• Willing to drive throughout Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, MetroWest and Worcester.
• Must pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Vehicle Patrols: Personally conduct scheduled patrol shifts using a company vehicle and inspect client properties.
• Field Supervision: Visit patrol routes and client sites to supervise officers and ensure post orders are followed.
• Patrol Operations: Oversee four Mobile Patrol routes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Run Sheets & Reporting: Review run sheets, incident reports, photos, and timestamps for compliance.
• Officer Management: Coach, support, and mentor patrol officers; foster a professional environment.
• Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate scheduling and coverage with Operations for call-outs and open shifts.
• Alarm & Emergency Response: Respond to alarms and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
• Vehicle & Fleet Oversight: Monitor patrol vehicles and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Operational Coordination: Align routes, staffing, vehicles, and client expectations with Operations.
• Client Service: Maintain professional client relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Emergency Coverage: Step in to ensure continued contracted security services when needed.
