Job summary

Signal of New England is seeking a dependable Security Field Supervisor to lead our Mobile Patrol operation across Massachusetts. This field-based role combines hands-on patrol duties with frontline supervision of officers, reviewing reports, and coordinating coverage to keep client sites secure.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years driving experience, a proven ability to manage schedules, and operate with professionalism in a 24/7 security environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of licensed driving experience and a valid license.
• Ability to supervise field officers and coordinate patrol coverage.
• Comfort with reporting, run sheets, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Personally conduct scheduled mobile patrols and inspect client properties.
• Supervise patrol officers, review reports, and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coordinate scheduling, coverage, and fleet readiness for four routes.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Maintain professional client relations and field-level service standards.
