This field-based role combines patrol duties with supervision of patrol officers, reviewing reports, and coordinating scheduling while ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service.

The position emphasizes flexible evening and overnight hours, with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a mobile patrol operation and supervise officers.
• Strong scheduling, reporting, and client-service skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Personally conduct patrols and supervise patrol officers.
• Review reports, run sheets, and incident documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage across multiple routes.
• Coach and develop officers to maintain professionalism and safety.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with authorities when needed.
• Monitor fleet and ensure vehicles are maintained and operational.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure coverage and client expectations.
