Job summary

Signal of New England is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to lead our Mobile Patrol operations across Massachusetts. This field-based role combines hands-on vehicle patrol duties with supervision of officers, review of reports, and scheduling coordination to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, lead by example, communicate professionally, and excel at juggling multiple priorities in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

5 years of licensed driving experience.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Availability for evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Willingness to travel regionally across Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, MetroWest and Worcester.
Comfort with scheduling, reporting, and field-based operations.

Responsibilities

Personally conduct scheduled patrols in a company vehicle and inspect client properties.
Supervise patrol officers, review reports and run sheets, and ensure standards.
Coordinate scheduling and coverage with the Operations team.
Monitor vehicles, oversee fleet maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable operations.
Respond to alarms or emergencies and coordinate with authorities when needed.
Maintain professional client relationships and uphold service quality.
