Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and verify clinical records through EMR during patient visits.
• Prepare charts and end-of-visit reports; coordinate with management.
• Manage supplies, equipment maintenance, and patient flow at facilities.
• Post charges accurately and support compliance and HIPAA guidelines.
• Travel to assigned medical facilities up to 100% of the time.
