360care seeks a dedicated assistant to support physicians across long term care facilities, covering audiology, optometry, podiatry and behavioral health services. You will maintain clinical records in EMR, prepare charts for visits and assist with medical equipment and supplies.

This role requires travel to facilities up to 100% and demands strong communication, multitasking, and a patient‑focused approach. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Two-step TB skin test completion.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.

Responsabilités

• Assist doctors in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Prepare charting for scheduled patients prior to visits.
• Verify and maintain accurate clinical records through EMR during patient visits.
• Ensure integrity and timely documentation of records.
• Maintain and manage medical equipment and supplies.
• Balance daily production reports and report to management.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with facility visit activities.
• Post charges accurately to providers and maintain confidentiality.
• Travel to assigned facilities as required (up to 100%).
