360care is seeking an aide to assist physicians across long term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry and behavioral health services. You will maintain clinical records in EMR, clean and manage equipment, and support provider workflows to ensure smooth patient visits.

Responsibilities include chart preparation, timely documentation, patient flow coordination, and travel to facilities as needed. Strong communication and computer skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Aufgaben

• Assist physicians with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health.
• Prepare and maintain clinical records in EMR; ensure accuracy of charts.
• Handle medical equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Balance daily production reports and report to manager.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with scheduling and reporting.
• Post charges to providers in a timely fashion.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Travel up to 100% to assigned facilities.
