Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health care.
• Maintain clinical records and charts via electronic medical records (EMR).
• Clean and maintain medical equipment; ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Prepare and balance daily production reports; report to manager.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling with facility staff.
• Travel to assigned facilities up to 100% of the time.
• Maintain HIPAA/PHI compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Provide excellent customer service and responsive communication with patients and staff.
