360care seeks an assistant to support physicians in long term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health. You will maintain EMR records, prep charts, and assist with patient flow during visits.

You must have a high school education, reliable transportation, a two-step TB test, and strong communication and computer skills. This role requires travel up to 100% to assigned facilities and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• Must have completed and passed a two-step TB skin test.
• High School education or GED required.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Own reliable transportation with valid auto insurance.
• Ability to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Verify and maintain accurate clinical records and charts in EMR.
• Balance and generate daily production reports and provide to manager.
• Coordinate patient flow during facility visits and assist with equipment care.
• Ensure HIPAA and safety guidelines are followed and maintain confidentiality.
