Job summary

360care is seeking an on-site support professional to assist physicians at long-term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health services. You will help maintain EMR records, manage medical equipment, and support providers during visits.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and excellent communication. Travel up to 100% within a 2.5 hour radius is required. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have good computer skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Completes chart prep on scheduled patients prior to every visit.
• Verifies and maintains current and accurate clinical records through EMR during patient visits.
• Maintains integrity of all documentation and ensures accurate records.
• Completes end of visit reports the day of visit and shares with management.
• Provides daily feedback and coordinates with branch office to optimize schedule and reporting.
• Coordinate and maintain patient flow during facility visits and assist with equipment handling.
• Balance and generate daily production reports and provide to manager on the day of visit.
• Post charges to the provider in a timely fashion.
• Maintain equipment and ensure preventive maintenance per manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain medical supplies inventory and place expedites as needed.
