Job summary

360care seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant to support physicians at assigned long-term care facilities, covering audiology, optometry, podiatry and behavioral health services.

You will maintain electronic medical records, prep charts before visits, manage equipment and ensure accurate, timely documentation while helping optimize patient flow.

A high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation are required; TB test, good computer skills, and HIPAA compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED is required.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Two-step TB skin test completed.
• Good computer skills and strong communication with patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians at long-term care facilities and maintain EMR records.
• Prepare charts prior to visits and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain medical equipment and supplies, including cleaning and maintenance.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling with staff across facilities.
• Post charges timely and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Travel up to 100% to assigned facilities and provide excellent patient service.
