360care seeks an adaptable healthcare assistant to support physicians at long-term care facilities. You will assist with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health, prepare and maintain clinical records, and help manage equipment and supplies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 100% to assigned facilities is expected, with HIPAA and safety guidelines followed at all times.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED is required.
• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
• Must have completed and passed a two-step TB Skin Test.
• Good computer skills required.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors.

Responsabilités

• Assist physicians in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Prepare charts and documentation prior to patient visits.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using EMR during visits.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Post charges to provider records promptly.
• Support scheduling and reporting with branch office.
• Coordinate patient flow during facility visits and assist patients as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and equipment.
