Job summary

360care in the United States is seeking a patient-focused healthcare assistant to support audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health teams in long-term care facilities. You will help maintain clinical records in the EMR, assist with patient flow, and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use.

This role requires reliable transportation, ability to travel up to 100% of the time between facilities, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Must pass a two-step TB test.
• Good computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health care.
• Prepare and update EMR records before and after visits.
• Maintain and clean medical equipment and restock supplies.
• Balance daily production reports and report to manager.
• Coordinate patient flow and provide courteous service.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
