Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a Customer Service Technician to join our team. You will deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment and oxygen at patient homes, educate patients or caregivers on usage, and provide in-person and phone support to patients and referral sources.

The role includes coordinating deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across daily duties. A bonus opportunity is available based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with clean driving record.
• Ability to read and understand patient care instructions.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, setup and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen and supplies.
• Provide customer service over the phone and in-person to patients and referral sources.
• Educate patients/caregivers on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain documentation and schedules.
